DoubleTree by Hilton Portland

Przy wymeldowaniu okazało się, że hotel podwyższył cenę o około $100 od tej, która była w trakcie rezerwacji (z uwzględnionym podatkiem) . Na próbę kontaktu hotel nie odpowiedział. Bardzo pozytywnie oceniam Obsługę Klienta w Booking.com, która okazała się bardzo pomocna w po złożonej reklamacji.

This was a great place to stay! Rooms were the roomiest I’ve ever seen (4 friends with lots of baggage had plenty of space to unpack). Location was only 2 stops away from the Oregon Convention Center. Plenty of food options nearby, but the quality of the onsite food was also high (pricy, definitely but worth it). Room was clean, quiet, and our service requests (for mini fridge and large item storage in the bell closet) were met quickly and easily. The famous Doubletree cookies were, as always, warm and welcoming - just like their front desk staff~

Breakfast was good, but coffee could have been better. Very friendly staff!

Everything e cent that we had no idea the area had become so scetchy, we didn’t feel safe outside at night.

Rooms are clean.

Nobody is making up the room. This is part of the service for all hotels.
