I hosted a 70th Birthday New Years Eve party on December 31, 2025. In attendance was 88 guests. Leading up to the event starting in October 2025 the planning process with the Hotel was professional and the banquet manager was on top of his game. He helped me with understanding the terms of the contract, selecting the best banquet room for my party, deciding on the menu for the number of guest, etc.

Once in room was fine. Seemed clean and well designed.

Location in city- nothing around, portland is pretty dead. Staff left a lot to be desired. Morning cappachino was horrible.
