Great area . Trolley directly in front to take you anywhere you’d like In Gatlinburg

Spa tub could be cleaner. Noticed what looked to be skin cells in the jets.

The hotel room was huge. My hotel room had an oven , dishwasher and a full size fridge which came in handy when we wanted to eat in to save money. The beds were so comfy and the hotel room was very clean. We had two bath rooms one had a bath tub with jets and the other one had a shower the shower had two shower heads it was very nice. All in all I loved it.

I really don’t have any complaints.
