"Don't book there!"

It was in Gatlinburg ... The manger was good and said they would refund my money.

It was old rundown.. it was filthy and even the dust bucket was very dusty. Bed was lumpy looking.. we didn't stay!!! When I reserved it it should a different building. They said they could because we could use their pool and stuff but it was 2 blocks down on the other side.

"Comfortable apartment, perfect for families"

We booked a 1 BDR apartment but got upgraded to a 2 BDR. The apartment was very spacious and confortable. Very well located, trolley stop in the front of the building or 5 mins walking to main street.

The decor was a bit outdated, but honestly it didn't matter as we barely stayed at the apt during the day. Indoor pool was a bit chilly, seems like it was not heated.

It’s a short walk down to the strip and it puts you out kind of in the middle at the space needle. The room is big and spacious the Jacuzzi drew water straight from Sa+an himself. Cute little fireplace. Mini refrigerator with sink and a small amount of dishes. Decent sized closet and comfortable bedding. Great views around the place and beautiful creek with picnic tables around the back. Parking is tight but doable.

I’ve stayed here twice and have yet to see the waterfall working. It would be nice to see that area fixed, it was full of water though. Also visited the pool area a few times, and there was towels left by people that had previously been there. Walked by the next morning going to breakfast and things had still not been picked up. Showerheads are lacking.
