I’ve addressed my issues already waiting to hear back from management

There wasn't much to like.

Front desk lady was rude. There isn't enough parking for guest. The elevators was down so we had to walk up stairs the whole time. Im disabled and can barely walk so my husband had to carry me alot back and forth. We asked to get a top floor parking pass while there wasn't alot of people a d was told it was for oversized trucks but there was SUVs they gave passes to. This was the worst stay we had. We got locked out of our room due to door lock freezing up.

Great location and comfortable beds.

Property and room itself seemed very dirty. Bathroom floors dirtiest of all. Also felt like I could hear a lot outside of the room.

I liked how close it was to the strip. It is an older property that needs some love it has such good charm that needs to be restored.

I loved the location.

The parking was not so great. I had a really hard time maneuvering my vehicle in the parking garage due to location and the way it was built. The bathtub was still dirty from previous occupant but they sent someone to correct it immediately.

Very close to down town walking area

Close elevators were down. No towels at the pool, no where to place trash.

Location was great and the trolley routes were right outside the front entrance.

The hotel just feel and looks old. The parking garage has too many large columns and very tight parking spaces. You have to be careful with larger vehicles trying to park and maneuver in the parking garage. My rooms door had to be shut very hard to fully close. Overall the building was old, the elevator smelled like cigarettes and had spiderwebs on its outside windows, and there was no real service desk.

The air conditioner was too close to the bed and outdated.
