Gatlinburg Town Square

The picture of the facility that is shown is not where my room was.There are 2 sites One is a downgrade add Blaine myself for not realizing.Because the price was so reasonable, but there are 2 outdoor pools.One at each site and an indoor pool only at the big fancy site. Both outdoor pools were out of use being worked on and we had to walk down the street to use the indoor pool. Also, there was no elevator at ma's facility and I had to go upsteps with an extremely heavy suitcase. All in all, it was not the end of the world, but it was very annoying, and the staff were very nonchalant about the fact that they didn't care that I was upset. Also, the long bulb in the lighting fixture of the kitchenette area was doing really odd things.And basically through sparks at me once

Did not 5, the worn down building at elevator did not work.Did not stay there because the elevator work.It was run down

The place was old and worn down.

Location, amount of space in the condo, and outdoor activities.

That the office to check in was not at location we were staying, it was past it and I didn’t get an email explaining that.

It was close to were we wanted to go

Elevator was broken and had to climb up the stairs to level 5

Location is great and facilities were good overall.

It is clear that this was an older facility that had not been kept up. Hallway carpets wrinkled and a trip hazard, 2 out of 3 elevators broken, one pool closed, rooms clean overall, but dusty and worn. No onsite office, had to go up the street to check in. No daily housekeeping, had to go to laundry to get clean towels.
