The property and room were not very clean. The person in the adjoining room was smoking and the smoke went under the door and filled my room. Loud people in the passageway late at night. Garbage collection right outside my door at 4 am. Sheets smelled like smoke. I chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool and the bathtub pictured in the room. The outdoor pool was closed during my stay in June and I did not get the room I chose.

The room was great. It was clean, spacious, and affordable. We were lodged in the back, with a creek view and the balcony view was amazing. We seen two bear roaming the property during our stay. The stay for the week was super affordable, probably less than what we would have spent at a hotel without a full kitchen, jet tub, and washer and dryer. We absolutely utilized the full kitchen and washer/dryer every day. It made everything really convenient. The bed was very comfortable. We slept better there than at home. The indoor pool was spacious and we really liked that it went from 3ft to 8ft. It gave a lot of opportunity for play for all ages.

We were not told that the property was under construction before renting it. We were only told at the front desk when checking in. We still were not told about the outdoor pool not being usable until walking to our room and seeing it for ourselves. We seen other people sitting in the hot tub as that area was not roped off however, the jets would not work. I had also parked my car in the garage one night in an area not taped off and got a call early one morning to come move it due to construction and by the time I got to my car, they had already put caution tape around my car. Another odd thing is that even though the room seemed perfectly clean, it smelled like mold Everytime we walked in. Another random thing is that one of the filters (not sure if this is the correct term ) in the jet tub would suction to you and pinch your skin if you bumped up against it while the jets were on. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. The room for the indoor pool was not fully stocked with towels until the last night we were there and the water looked cloudy every day we were there. I do understand the property has just been bought out and renovations are under way, but we were not given notice of this. I did see this on the website after I arrived but it had not been posted any longer than a week before our arrival.
