Gatlinburg Town Square

The shower was the only enjoyable part of this hotel. They first put us in a room in a part of the hotel that was down the street and closed. All the stairs and walkways were roped off. My family thought it was a condemned building.

The pools were closed, the room was cramped. The sofa touched the bed and the bed was touching the jacuzzi tub.

Pool wasn’t open and wasn’t the cleanest

Had a trolley stop out front and could go without driving.

Construction on the hotel and the pool on our side was closed. The fire alarm also went off twice while we were there.

The property is quiet. We had adjoining rooms so my kids had their own room and me and the wife had ours. One room had a queen bed, pull out sofa, kitchenette with a mini fridge and its own bathroom. The main room had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dinner table, pull out sofa in the living room area, king size bed in the bedroom, jet tub in the bedroom so we could keep an eye out on the toddler, separate bathroom. On site parking above and below ground. Location is a few minute walk from the parkway, so still close enough to everything while away from all the hustle and bustle to allow for quiet evenings sitting out on the balcony. Rooms are a little dated, but they are in the process of renovating the rooms and excited to see how they look in the future. Mynatt park is close by, has tennis courts, playground, restrooms, and walking trail, and it’s a free option to do with kids. Did see a bear there walking near the rocks and a stream so that was neat. Will definitely come back.

Parking in the underground lot can be a little hectic if you have a truck or larger SUV, so would recommend parking above ground if you have a full size vehicle. Still not a complaint on the property itself though.

Very clean, comfortable, so much fun on site for your family for nights in. Pool was very clean. Staff was overly accommodating and nice. Very pleased with our stay. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of fun for our whole family.

Convenience, had a nice two top burner with bigger fridge and supplied dishes

Bed/pillow not the most comfortable

Close to everything and had a 2 bedroom suite.

The pool was being repaired and the complex is old and needing updating. The rooms were fair but could use a much better cleaning.
