Gatlinburg Town Square

I liked that the property was close to the strip.

The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheets and curtains, visible mold in the shower, and the brand-new roll of toilet paper had brown stains on it when I opened it. The room also looked nothing like the photos on the listing. I contacted the property to report these issues, but I did not receive a response. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay because i had nowhere else to go. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of communication made this a very disappointing experience.

It was in a decent location to easily walk to the Main Street.

I may have missed something about no room cleaning while staying. We had the same towels the entire time which wouldn’t be a big deal but they never dried so we had to take some from the pool if we could find them. We also had issues with the parking. A bit cramped and difficult to park with space between you and the next car. There are concrete columns on either side of each parking spot set. I saw a few cars with major scrapes down the side from misjudging. Rooms weren’t quite as pictured but not really a surprise. Typical Gatlinburg hotel.

Check in was confusing. Address in the booking it is different than the correct location. Front desk too small to accommodate the amount of people. After completing the check in paperwork, I had to wait to get a call back to say if my room was ready. After 1:30 hours waiting in the car with my family I had to go back to the front desk to ask for the keys. I received the keys but my room wasn’t ready. Sofa bed was missing sheets and blankets, I requested them but never received. Dishwasher was still with utensil inside of it. Floor of the room wasn’t ready dirty, all of this was reported but it was not fixed.

The hotel was clean and very spacious! I was very surprised at the amazing set up with the living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a loft! It was like a home away from home! They have ping pong, a basket ball court, four squares, a fire pit, and so much more! The location was perfect, close to the main strip however far enough away. The free washers and dryers were a huge plus, we were able to go home with all clean clothes! The view was absolutely amazing!!! I loved going on the balcony too read my Bible and enjoy the mountain view! I cant wait to see how beautiful this place will be after renovations. Sorry! I didnt take many pictures of the room, only the view.

I was very disappointed when i found out the pool was closed after booking. We learned that the hotel was bought last year and is currently undergoing renovations which I can understand. We were still able to use the indoor pool and hot tub.

The online pictures of this property are completely deceiving and clearly in the newer, updated section not the building we were put in. The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. We also were not aware we had no access to the pool due to your renovations. Construction started at 8:30 am on a Saturday directly below our room! Very disappointing for the price when we could have stayed somewhere else for the same. We will not be back.

The location was a five minute walk from strip. Also has a option to catch the trolley I'm front of condos if you didn't want to walk.

Condo is outdated. Upon entry we had to clean the toilet seats and some dishes. If we wanted extra towels we had to turn the old ones in just to get new ones. No house keeping if we wanted it. Self service for the most part. Pool and hot tub is extra small for it to be a huge complex. Didn't get a chance to enjoy it, over packed. One pool is under construction which is understandable. Hot tub looks like a bathroom tub that's fit 4 people max.

Location is great. They are currently doing renovations.

Girl at check in was not very Friendly. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Parking is awful. Requested to be in the back near the Water, that did not happen even though there were available units back there.
