Gatlinburg Town Square

Location was great , staff was great

Couldn’t get us checked in until 6:30p and it was supposed to be 4p. Ran out of hot water everyday of the 5 days we were there. Outside pool still not fixed 1 elevator broke down. Was told my room was in a certain section and walked with loaded cart and 70 year old mother in law to end up having to walk all the way around to the other side didn’t get in our room until 7 p because of this. The room I purchased showed a washer and dryer in room but did not have one. And jets on the hot tub did not work .

Hot water. Comfortable bed.

Never saw any staff in the building. Not enough bath linens. Stayed 4 nights. 2 towels and 2 bath towels. No onsite ice options. Walkways and elevator sticky dirty and smelly. Refrigerator not working properly. Freezer not freezing and water leaking into lower level of frig. No information in the room regarding maintenance contact info. Outside pool was closed. We have stayed in a lot of condos in the past but this one did not meet our expectations.

Location was great and the trolly stop being right in front of the entrance was very handy. Room was very spacious and well lit. Not to mention the full functioning kitchen! The jacuzzi tub was great for relaxing after being on our feet all day.

Parking garage was a mess. Half of it was marked off due to construction and on top of that, the spots are cramped between poles. Wouldn’t be as bad if such a big area wasn’t marked off where people could spread out more. The only other problem we had was the small shower stall. Shower worked just fine but was quite uncomfortable to use just due to its size.

The kitchen exhaust fan and vent is not safe you can hurt your eye , cut open you forehead. The kitchen light was shorted out. But I would stay again the village studios were nice over all hard wooden floor nice.
