Best Western Chambersburg

When I checked in the staff was very nice and very accommodating, I stay in a hotel four nights a week based on my job and I need a safe good clean place. Hopefully I found it here. I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express which is a little more money but I'm evaluating the difference.

My first night checking in after working, I got keys to the room in the smell of paint was so bad I couldn't stay there, I switched to another room and the door wouldn't properly close unless you slam it. I made it through and now I'll be evaluating returning back there

Very kind, sweetest family owned and operated. They always go above and beyond to make sure that you are having a good experience. Their breakfasts are better than the ones you get at Hilton and other top national brand hotels, for instance make your own Belgian waffles with or without designs, oatmeal with or without toppings, like granola and other toppings. They have yogurts, four selections of hot items made on the premises every morning. As well as bagels, toasts, pastry’s and muffins. Etc. Their beds are cozier, some rooms have jacuzzi’s inside the bedrooms. They also offer a weight room, a gated outdoor in-ground pool and the prices are less than all other larger luxury brand National hotel chains with all of the perks. Generally they offer specials too for booking a specific number of nights in one stay, presently if you stay three nights then you receive a $50.00 gift card to use anywhere immediately. They’ve refrigerated and frozen foods and drinks. As well as a little pantry of good healthy dinners, Ben and Jerry ice cream all types of flavors, numerous sodas, waters, fruit drinks, sodas and sugar free drinks. From chips, cookies, candy bars, among other snacks. From fruit, to soups and macaroni and cheese etc. They also offer various types of coffee, teas.

Nothing was unlikeable!

The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Pet fee could have been lower. The walls were thin and you could everything. There were some very loud and boisterous guests.

It was generally clean and satisfactory for the price I paid!
