Alpen Resort & Spa Zermatt

The service here is amazing. Anna at the front desk made us feel so at home and helped with every detail of our trip. The property is in a great location for walking to everything in zermatt. The spa is great. The breakfast is great. The restaurants on site are really good. We liked the ski room. It was very convenient to keep our skis in a locker and dry. Will definitely stay here again. Our room had a great view of the Matterhorn.

This is the best hotel in zermatt. It is very close to the train station. The staff is amazing. Anna has taken the time to make sure our stay was the best. The spa is great. The breakfast is great. And the cigar lounge is convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool fantastic

A lady staff in the restaurant and front desk is rude. A dark woman at the front desk is lazy and not helpful. Not willing to teach us the route and they didn't refill the shower gel. A woman who tied up her hair in the Matterhorn restaurant was not willing to serve us. Terrible experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had booked it for more nights than one. The room was spacious and beautiful, but the resort amenities were our favorite part.

Fantastic couldn’t fault anything Australia could learn a lot from this organisation really know how to treated tourist 5 stars and then some

Wonderful hotel! Staff was excellent! Most beautiful pool I have ever been in. Wish we could have stayed longer.
