One of The Best hotel in Zermatt area and the staff was so fantastic....Great experience

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel, albeit only for one night. The hotel is only minutes walk from the Bahnhof and town, but utterly peaceful and calm. They gave me a complimentary room upgrade that made me not even want to go outside (but the Matterhorn won). Nonetheless, I enjoyed the warm whirlpool after my hike and enjoyed hot tea on the balcony. The next morning, I had a satisfying breakfast at the restaurant and went on my way. The hotel personnel would be happy to cater to your every request.

The ambiance was lovely and the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great and the shuttle to the train station was very appreciated!

Great view of the Matterhorn.

Lovely hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Everything was lovely especially the spa. Too bad they are building next door starting at 0700 with large equipment. I realize that is out of their control. Would return after construction finished!

First class place in Zermatt. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Room was clean. People were friendly. Food is expensive!!!

We are a family of five and I booked a family room (for 4). The hotel added one more bed for us and provided an additional kid’s bath robe for my little one. The room was spacious, very nicely renovated and clean. At night, we enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the pool and steam room. Location of the hotel is convenient to walk to the Main Street. Staff were all very friendly and we appreciated the shuttle service from and to the train station.
