Lovely property with equally nice local styled rooms. Charming decor and close to everything.

Liked the view, location, room and balcony, reception and bar staff porters and drivers. Disliked one breakfast staff who clearly didn’t enjoy her job, and the shower in the bathroom is too small and in the wrong position.

the spa is amazing and very nice breakfast. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy. I know you might be busy, but you could explain to me on the phone, or offer something alternative.

The location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Walking distance to the train station. Big and spacious room with the great view of Matterhorn. Walking distance to supermarket and shops
