Excellent service at dinner by Amy.

Amy was so caring and polite she checked on us several times asking if there was anything we needed and made the experience so smooth. Food was amazing I had a curry and Hubby had the fish and chips and both would absolutely return for the food. Great portions as well.

Great hotel. The entrance is a bit strange, as you travel through a housing estate, but you'll be glad you did. Thi si s one of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed in, with great sized rooms and really good facilities. We came as a group of 6 in Jan 26 and enjoyed it so much we rebooked this month. But the best bit is the staff. T hey are genuinely friendly and provide great service, and thats all of them, but special mention to Conor, who seems to run all things bar and restaurant; Millie, who is either behind reception or serving drinks, and the outstanding Amy in the main restaurant. The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient. I suspect we’ll be back again.

The reception staff were great. Excellent breakfast. Good sized rooms.

The hotel is near a residential estate despite location. Despite the hotel having a pool they charge £10 extra for guest use. Disappointing. Did not have time to use leisure facilities but charge made it a non starter to explore.
