Love the themed rooms! Friendly staff extra towels, warm pool, toddler friendly! Breakfast was nice. Pleasantly surprised how nice of an experience this was!

"Quaint hotel but needs upgrades"

The room had a cute theme. Close to downtown. Pool was nice. Had a hot tub.

The room that I booked was the red/pink heart fantasy suite. The bed was very used and caved in and slanted towards the headboard. I had to sleep on pillows as it was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Hotel was older and needed some upgrades. Shower had two heads but the one side was not working properly. Little bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Very good location and value for money.

Property doesn't have elevator and breakfast options are very limited should be more variety and enough stock. Breakfast were sometime running out.
