Best Western Valley Hotel

Great hotel in an amazing location in beautiful Ironbridge. The breakfast was very good too.

The room was very hot with quite a thick duvet, but the weather was above normal temperatures.

Staff, food and location all excellent

It was a hot few days, their is no AC and it made nights too hot as a fan is provided, however there are lots of noisy fans on the site making sleeping difficult with the window open if noise distrurbs you.

Hearty but standard

Outdated bathroom. Bath very deep so difficult to climb into. Shower head cheap plastic. Wash basin had separate hot and cold taps and no mixer - 30 years out of date. Bedroom was larger than expected good but the decor was bland and boring. The bed was large but the mattress very hard.

Not a lot old need of update staff friendly

Room had bathroom up another flight stairs we as pensioners also struggled as we were on top floor no lift breakfast poor

Breakfast was excellent. Staff outstanding. Very pleasant surroundings. Large car park. Lovely restaurant.

Very steep stairs to rooms. Pelmets need readjusting carpet pulled up. Small attention to detail required.

Nice Venue

Very noise till 11.30 at night due to a wedding and children running up and down stairs with music playing on their phones.

Lovely setting by the river and a good spacious car park. An excellent location which is just a short walk into town and the Ironbridge. There is good choice of meals on the menu and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
