Very clean, well located property

Typical chain hotel breakfast of reheated foods. I don’t care for this anywhere we stay. I am always surprised by reviews that call these breakfasts excellent

I travel with a small service dog for my husband who is susceptible to seizures. I let The young lady know we travel with a service dog and cannot stay in a room that is filled with dog smells and urine because it affects the service dogs senses. Since there were no other rooms available we packed up and left after taking a short nap and headed out at midnight. Thank goodness a true emergency did not arise because she (service animal) could not settle down at all because of all the urine and dog smells in the room. Also affected us health-wise. Please BEWARE if you're disabled and traveling with a true "service dog" the ability to save your life in this room may be in danger. Room 144.

Location. Bed was comfortable

Location of the room for handi-cap accessories are terrible. Shower and sink. Water goes everywhere. Very slippery and dangerous. Not to mention we stayed 18 days. We got room service one time when we demanded it. !!!! And the fire alarm went off 4 night. The parking accommodations 2 handicap park places. And handi cap is on the second floor. But half way done the hall. And there was no pool or jacuzzi working. And the toilet in the room was half plugged.

It was nice and clean, very friendly staff.

The pool and hot tub was broke down while we were there with no compensation asked or given. I understand but it should be considered 😊

Bed was good, shower pressure and temperature were good, tub ceramic paint pealed off, drain clogged so we were standing in water, broken outside door so we couldn’t get in with our key card, air conditioner bearings and motor were super loud in the room, friendly maids, hot tub and pool completely drained and under repair, trash around outside of building, breakfast adequate, juice machine was broken. Needs some TLC!
