I loved the sauna but we need the hot tub fixed . I like the property

Front desk left a few times unattended but honestly wonderful service still

We love the in house restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. We appreciate the staff and their level of friendliness and courtesy. Our need for rooms to be close together was met, and the rooms were very clean and neat

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property but every early morning (e.g. before 6 a.m.), there is zero hot water. We were told to let the water run, but this last time we ran it for 15 minutes straight and still did not get hot water. That seriously needs to be addressed.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was typical with pancakes, eggs, sausage, homefries, oatmeal, cereals We did not order off the menu. Room was very clean. Beds comfy. Suite with the sofa trundle was nice if you had little ones with you.

Couch in the suite was not comfortable for an adult for more than 2 nights.

Love the wood floors could breathe fresh air upgrade beds was comfortable and room felt so cozy. Definitely was a change from last year visit Thanks DoubleTree

I should have known when I pulled up and saw a totally trashed construction site. The garbage down the hill should be an indicator as to how this is run. The former green IHG lights on the top are still aglow. There is no Honors member parking, but it isn’t that. The glued up junk in the elevator that jolts upon your floor arrival makes you wonder if it is up to code. When you see your room, you think it isn’t all bad until you have three days of cold showers and a toilet that ghost flushes. The balcony is residual dirt in the track disgusting, the chairs IHG, the leak in the shower ceiling, repainted cabinet, NICE holes! and you try the microwave that doesn’t work. Because someone didn’t plug it in the back section of the cabinet, so you have to set it on the floor and write HELP in the dust on it. 2 am from the hospital that shower was mighty refreshing. Then the TV doesn’t work. It wasn’t the remote after you check the other TV and the batteries. You find out that other people don’t have hot water either and have complained. Downstairs offers to change your room. Apparently the magic rooms have HOT WATER. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY. This never should have opened like this. Ever. I wanted to use the pool. Lmao oh heck no. It probably hasn’t been cleaned since IHG. Reported to corporate. Tired of paying for garbage. NO Managers on site on weekend leaving employees to… whatever; field ticked off guests. Time to start calling these people in on the weekends to do their jobs. The girl at the desk doesn’t get paid enough nor has the authority to do anything. Close it down and fix it.

They renovated the hotel, looks very nice, everything new.
