"Want a refund."

The hotel was under construction and very dismantled, empty pool, the restaurant was in shambles.

The thermostat in the room was also not functioning, about 100 degrees in my room

"The worst chistmas vacation"

Nothing at all,

The hotel was under construction, dust everywhere, heater was making a loud noise, pool closed, I had a suite one of the sink was on construction, holes on the wall, poor internet. I contacted them, and I got in return $52.00. We had the worst chistmas vacation. They didn't care about anything, and we couldn't leave because they still were going to charge us. Im not saying that I wasn't going to pay for our stay. But they could have sent an email about the situation, and we could have had the choice to go or not. We waste our time and money. That situation cause me emotional distress and anguish distress.

"Very pleasant staff and great location."

The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no carpeting in the room. Cold hardwood flood looks nice but was not comfortable to deal with at night or in the morning.
