They were under construction and the property had no amenities. Store, vending machines.

We weren't greeted happily as soon as we walked in it what's a catastrophe they couldn't find our reservation they blamed booking.com for The Way We Were put in they blame them and said that my name was put in backwards therefore I assume that maybe we weren't even booked for a room that's why we got put on the floor with or maybe booking.com put us on the floor with the construction crew either way my wife and I for our anniversary present got put on the floor with a construction crew and as we're walking to our room we can see the rooms being reconstructed. The room right next to ours was wide open and it was demolished tools the floor is everything the room is just upside down and it's a wreck the door was wide open it was awful. We going to our room we look up for a place to go get something to eat because we're exhausted I shut the curtains because I know I'm sorry I believe in privacy I put on a change shirts I put on a sweatshirt we go to the Wawa we come back and I set up the room for my wife while she's eating her dinner I come back to sit on the bed I look up and there are bugs all over the ceiling flying bugs so we go down to the supervisor and a worker and state that this issue has happened and they're like oh we're booked we can't help you what will do is have somebody come up and vacuum them out of the room. We go back up to our room we wait and notice that there's more than what we saw there infested into the curtains they're in the window there's dead ones everywhere they're on the floor all over the room I must have shook them loose when I shut the curtain and Disturbed them I go back downstairs to tell them please come now you have a bigger problem than we realized.

Construction was going on in the room below ours at 9:00pm. The workers were playing loud music, so we called the front desk and asked for a different room, or to at least aske the workers to turn down the music. We got a call back saying that there were no other rooms, and that the construction was authorized, so there was nothing they could do. We decided to check out immediately! The desk clerk apologized, and she said the charges on our credit card would be removed the next morning. They were not. I am now disputing the charges. Please think twice before staying at this hotel!

Location

I didn’t like that upon arrival it was construction being done right in the lobby area. Bookings didn’t notify me of construction until 8pm on a Saturday. Also, at 4 am loud wake up music was being played throughout the building for 20 minutes. This scared me out of my sleep number one then was hard to go back to sleep. Once the noise had stopped I got dressed and left. This was the most uncomfortable stay.
