The Bed!!!!!!! people go to sleep at least have a decent bed

Best Western Plus Riviera in Menlo Park Cal. Hard to find the entrance and had to uturn and come at it again. Lobby is very small. Breakfast food was good but only 2 tables for 2 ppl. Doors open to outside. Elevator was sketchy and only worked once for me. Not sound proof rooms. Heard a train most of the night. It's on a busy road so cars and ppl noise was also all night. Room itself was clean has coffee machine, small refrigerator and a microwave. Bathroom was toasty warm being heater was in there. Bed area was cold. Front desk staff were pleasant. Not worth $120 and that was with my membership discount. $2 for a small bag of chips. I usually go to aBest Western Plus with wonderful rooms but this particular motel is old and worn out. And difficult to get to your car. I'm not going back to this one.

Our stay included a nice breakfast (eggs and bacon plus other choices). To me a good breakfast includes eggs. Friendly staff. A wonderful coffee and espresso maker available 24/7. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable.

The only issues were an automatic bathroom light that stayed lit even after I got into bed and strange noises early in the morning (metal cart moving).

Close to va rehab center. Across from shopping mall and Great breakfast

Overpriced. It was a motel and the cost was unbelievably high
