Best Western Plus Riviera

This hotel was a perfect distance from Stanford Hospital. It was under construction and we had to use the elevator which was a little unsettling but worked out fine.

We needed to do laundry since we had been there for a couple days due to a family member at Stanford and the machine only took quarters and the front desk attendant only had a few and no change to break anything more than a dollar.

Close to Stanford university, comfortable beds

A group of at least 30 high school aged guests was outside of the rooms loudly chatting well into the evening, at least until 11pm. Had to call reception for it to stop. Very poor soundproofing generally.

It was close to Stanford hospital and shopping

They were doing remodeling and hammering breaking down a wall of stucco

Location great because my son had surgery at Stanford

The price was ridiculous for the facility

Breakfast and location great.

The beds are a little lumpy.

The metal shrouding around the base of my bed flexed and sent out a booming sound nearly every time I sat or got in the bed. The automatic light switch at the sink popped all the lights on during the night when I got up to use the bathroom and woke the person staying with me each time. Too bright to handle in the middle of the night.
