THE OUTSIDE PARTS OF THE PROPERTY WERE TIRED LOOKING AND NOT KEPT NEAT, WEEDED,. HOLES IN PARKING LOT AND DRIVEWAYS

La grandeur de la chambre

Le manque de professionnalisme et l'amabilité de la personnne à l'accueil. Check in trop long. Nous demande notre adresse notre téléphone alors que toutes les infos sont deja dans notre réservation booking puis quand elle réfléchi que nous sommes de France elle nous dit bon en fait c'est pas important en effet..Les keys pass n'étaient pas activées, donc arrivé a la chambre demi tour a la réception mais nous devons patienter car entre temps d'autres gens sont arrivés et encore 10min à attendre...Puis chambre non faite à l intérieur donc devons changer de chambre! Pas de TV suite à un pb mais comme la chambre est deja réglée on nous dit qu'on ne peut pas nous faire un geste mais que sinon ça aurait été avec plaisir.. La moquette au sol dans la chambre. Sale. La piscine n'est pas indiquée sur booking mais elle n'est pas bien entretenue de toute façon. Les enfants n'ont pas voulu y aller cest pour dire..

Conveniently located. The room was spacious and comfortable. Some signs of wear and tear on the outside, but a good place to stay. Our TV would not work properly, in spite of a delayed visit by the maintenance person.
