Overall the room was pretty nice

The bathtub was severely clogged as soon as I turned the shower on. I was standing ankle deep in a pool of water during the shower. Looked like the stopper was broken. Also the toilet kept making noise all night.

Rooms are dirty, elevator stinks, room service poor. Dog hair and human hair all over the bathroom, even though I have no pets and no long hair. Toilets just wiped instead of cleaned, had to run water for 10 minutes to flush out super hot water on every use. I will never stay here again. They couldn’t provide me a receipt upon check out.
