"Good"

Typical Best Western stay. Will not return to this chain. Keurig in room did not work, sink did not drain, you could hear every other guest through the walls, location sucked, hair on bedding.

"Comfortable stay for decent price"

Large room with couch and comfortable bed, nice linens. Smooth check-in and easy parking. Updated tv. Clean. Nice coffee maker with Caribou coffee.

The photos showed no carpet, but our room was carpeted so even though it’s non-smoking now, the room had an odor of past smoke. Housekeeping staff woke us up around 8:00 both mornings with noise in the halls.

The breakfast minu was fine and enjoyable. As noted I pick up on how clean the room was. the aforementioned areas made the stay much more enjoyable. Thanking the staff for a great stay.

Everything was likeable.
