Quality Inn Carthage

Staff was excellent; breakfast was good; clean facilities

The matter wasn’t comfortable; need replacing

The front desk lady Stephaine was very very rude anytime you spoke to her.

Cockroaches all over the room killed multiple. Front staff would not return my money. I repeat do not stay there.

The property was easy to get to. The pool was clean. Will ask for lower floor next time

I great place to stop for the night and get a good night’s rest.

Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options. Staff was accommodation to my request. Staff gets top rating from me.

It was actually nice. It's my 2nd time staying at one. I was in Houston on the last one. It was the perfect location around the corner from my family. Plus I loved that it also had a microwave in the room incase I needed to heat food up Iater. The parking was awesome as well. I was upstairs and could park very close and see my vehicle

I had a hard time e with the keyboard working to get into my room the time I got there to the time I left. I was at the Carthage ,tx Quality Inn. Rm 215. It may be something physically wring with the reader on door and it need to be repaired. I tried over nearly 8 times before the door finally opened. Thats nit good especially with me being a female traveling alone and trying to get into my room fast. When i wwnt to breakfast the next day, i brought some food items up and my coffee. I got all the way UPSTAIRS, and i yried over 8 times even waiting in between , it would not work. So i had to go back downstairs and let them know. The young lady was nice and made to key cards. Guess what, i tried both after i went baxk upstairs, and it was happening all over agin. One of the cards finally worked. Room 215 need to be checked or repaired. Other than that, I had a great time and really enjoyed my room.
