Friendly, location, sound proofing was excellent very quiet

Older property, needs updating, shower lukewarm

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was better than expected. Great value for the price paid.

This hotel, and Carthage itself, are never going to be destination vacation locations for anyone. That being said, it's a great stop between point A or point B, or for the various work crews that maybe make it home. Nice staff, clean, odor-free rooms, and EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower. Everything but glitz.

Recently painted and quality was POOR with paint over rolling on the floor and paint splatter on phone and other areas. Paint on the phone made it look like a "C" not a "O" so called the wrong number. TV did not work, front office gal did come by to see if she could fix it made a call and reset the TV and finally did work. Entire TV fiasco took about 35 minutes. Gal in the office was very customer service oriented. Breakfast was about a 3 out of 10, quality of the "buffet" items were pretty poor quality. Will not be staying there again!

FOX news on in breakfast area. I didn’t appreciate slanted , political news while enjoying breakfast. I asked that they turn it off and they wouldn’t but did turn it down. 50% of population does not appreciate far right slant and fake news. It’s a business!
