Grand Hotel Francais

We like the proximity to shops, dining, and the friendliness of staff. Quaint and charming, but modernized. Excellent shower! Clean and nice linens. As a minor detail, bring your own hair conditioner, they only offer a body/hair wash.

What a charming and elegant hotel. The staff were amazing and assisted with any needs such as taxi scheduling, proving iron board extra water, and overall very welcoming and beautiful personalities.

centrallt located for shopping and dinning.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bordeaux, all the staff were great, in particular the two barmen we met in the Bar Casa on site. The bar itself had excellent cocktails and a stunning interior. Location wise it’s super close to everything, including the tram stops and main shopping streets.

Comfortable, Central location, close to everything including Metro from airport. The beds very comfortable, and rooms very quiet for great sleep. Morning breakfast was convenient and opens early. The girls at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the centre closes early, with just local bars & bistros open after 8pm.

Amazing central location with very helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t try the breakfast but our few days there were very pleasant. The top floor room was a little ‘tired’ but perfectly serviceable for our needs. Would recommend for a central Bordeaux hotel that doesn’t cost the earth.

Great location, great view, very comfortable. Staff was amazing and help find food for my sick fiancé in the middle of the night.
