We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are excellent and willing to help make your stay more comfortable in any way they can. They provide maps of the area and also sell Tram passes at the front desk to make it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This truly is a grand old hotel. Peaceful. Staff are wonderful. Warm & very helpful. Breakfast very limited selection. Go out for breakfast. Good cafes easy walking distance. WIFI lousy. Unreliable. Get a travel pack & do all email on your phone.
