Noisy, difficult to manoeuvre through the maize of corridors to our room, very poor signage. bathroom fan and lights stay on with an overactive sensor, lift to the second floor out of order. Beds hard and tired, no USB power point upgrade, little to no internet

Conveniently located and staff are very helpful. Lovely setting and views. Spa is easy to access.

The property is quite dated but a lot of the simple things are missing, only a 'all in 1 shampoo/ body wash' included in the bathroom, towels and sheets were marked. Quite underwhelming for the price paid.

The dinner and breakfast we good quality and well cooked. There was a good choice of fresh fruit at breakfast.

The room was far too hot and it took two visits to reception to have the heating turned off completely. The bathroom floor was far too slippery - we needed to put wet towels down on the towels to feel safe.

For the money we expected more. The hotel is a little tired. Neither of us could have a shower, one freezing cold and the other room shower was scorching with no control. Spoke to reception who apologised but weren’t really interested.

Pool was lovely.

The front of the hotel was shabby on the ground floor and needed redecoration.
