Really loud AC. Sounded like car is runing in the room

The location was nice

The beds were not comfortable and we're super high up. The breakfast was very limited. The parking was very difficult.

The lady that works front desk is super nice and tries her hardest to accommodate. Other than that, beware and make sure you check your cards!

They first argued with me about my services animal. Then, after being there for a few days, I was questioned about my service dog and then told that I had to either pay 20 additional dollars a day or put down a $100 dollar deposit. Mind you that a year before this, I stayed here, and they kept 2 of my deposits that were paid on my card. Afterwards, they advised me that I would be getting it back and it was never put back on my card. I also woke up to additional charges to my card after already checking out. Where they ran it without my knowledge at 1:30 in the morning for a random amount. After calling them, all they could tell me is that they had already released the money back to my account. Which I am still waiting on. Also, I had booked this room on booking.com. The rate that you book with is not the rate you will be paying. The gentleman, or owner, he will change the rate once you check in, especially if you are traveling with any type of service animal. All I can say is beware, this motel will keep your deposits and charge your card without your knowledge and then have no explanation why there are random charges from their hotel.

Beds and bedding needs updated.

The staff at the front desk was never there. The air conditioner didn't cool good

Excellent customer service when we checked in. Very friendly and personable.

Rates went from 89 dollars a night to 160 dollars a night for the same room. One night is Friday and the 160 dollars was a Saturday. Unsure why it was so much more expensive. 100 dollar difference is alot.
