Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City Airport North

We liked the price, that made the trip doable for us. The staff was wonderful! They were helpful and happy. They had good attitudes and were ready to help.

The facilities were outdated, the lighting was dingy.

the bed was too soft tv was confusing to find stations, also clicked on closed captioning but no captioning came up some of the clerks accents were hard to understand, some were notplace

I booked a “handicapped accessible “ room which was supposed to have a handicapped accessible shower. When I arrived, it was a tub/shower and the front desk employee stated it was “handicapped accessible “ based on the fact the bathroom door was wider than all the other rooms there at the motel. The door was maybe a little bit wider, however there’s no way that a person could use the shower, or even have room to pivot out of their wheelchair to get onto the toilet! It was room 110, the only room that books as “handicapped accessible “. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!! This does not meet ADA requirements to be advertised as being handicapped accessible. Please do due diligence and have this motel STOP advertising as having handicapped accessible rooms!! Please call me for further explanation. 309-269-7638. Thank you!

Easy access to airport

Door locks were flimsy kind of on the dirty side

The breakfast was OK. The staff were very nice.

That the airport shuttle can't drop you off right in front. I had to walk across the busy street with 2 big suitcases. I'm sure that's airport rules though and not the fault of the shuttle.

Proximity to airport and parking (fee) for car while we were on vacation. 24hour shuttle that took us to and picked us up at the airport.

Sticky floors. My bedding was clean but stained. Breakfast was minimal.
