Nearby access to many shopping choices

Location seemed pretty seedy, outside was not very clean, elevator was kind of rickety. I don't think it's fair that the system automatically rated my review of the property as 3 stars; had I been able to rate it myself, I would have given 2 stars.

Room was spotless and smelled good,

People loitering outside drinking, smoking weed, ect... in front of entrance..... Not very welcoming. Location is not good. Room keys stopped working half way through my stay??? Had to have someone re program the keys....Never had that before..... will not return.....but room was clean and great!
