Clarion Inn I-94 near Expo Center

It had a bed and a shower which both worked. It was close to the event that I was attending

The breakfast was horrible over cooked scrambled eggs that were crumbled into pea sized bits. Typical brown and serve sausage and a specialized toaster that did not specify the directions that a bagel should face to toast the face. Room was very dated. outlets did not hold a plug in without falling out.

Absolutely nothing

1. The gal at front desk made fun of my disabled daughter 2. Room 120 mold and mild dew, dresser faloing apart, bathroom lock broke, gave us the wrong wrong, dirty carpet in the room, Pool looked full algae and stuck 3. No one will work with the corportate ore booking.com to come up with solutions 4. The girl as front desks lies 5. Booking .com has called 4x and 3 urgent emails I messages 13 times no response. Corporate called no response. We left early because I felt we were being kicked out i told her at the fron desk I have health issues and a disabled person and here feom wis. No where to go I guess we will sleep in the car tonight. Her response was not my problem. I want a full refund a apology fron her in writing and my deposit back. Frankly I think she should be fired. If thibgs dont start happening and this matter fixed. Better business and new channel and health dept and lawyer. Plus I started to feel good if doctor says condition of the room I will be sewing she didnt even offer to come look or clean it up. I check out 323 june 5th. I will never stay at another choice. Thats 2 now and I am done. Yes I have documentation and photos and 100% proof.

I liked how close it was to the expo center. Breakfast and staff were nice.

I honestly felt pretty gross being in this hotel. The only thing that felt clean was the bed. The carpets are worn and gross, it smells horrible, and lots of stuff was broken.

They didn't serve breakfast but it was still a great place thank you

The room was clean.

Pool was green. A man yelled at you all through breakfast about what you ate. Room was never cleaned on a 4 night stay. Water was shut off for several hours and was yellow. Staff was very rude.
