I am incredibly disappointed with the standard of service at this hotel. The manager was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, he spoke down to me, spoke over me, and looked down his glasses while complaining about having a 'bad week' because of the 'type of customer' he had. His behavior was remarkably immature and confrontational, acting more like a hostile bystander than a hotel representative. The situation arose because the hotel could not provide the 2-bedroom apartment I had booked and paid for due to a plumbing issue. When I arrived, the receptionist even remarked, ‘when isn’t there an issue!’, suggesting ongoing maintenance problems. We were offered two studio rooms instead, but only needed one for our family of 3 for the night. I was polite, did not complain, and was simply following the receptionist’s advice to speak with the manager in the morning regarding a refund for the price difference. Despite this, the manager treated me as if I had done something wrong. As a paying guest, I expect respectful service, not hostility. This experience fell far below professional standards.

Close to restaurant/pub for a meal. Big enough unit for 3 workers. Good price
