the lady at the desk was lovely and the location of the hotel was good.

It would have been nice to know there are two appointments on this property. There is a 'resort' as well as the 'hotel' section. We would like to have seen the resort. The advertising is misconstrued. The room was dated and smelt like wet dog. Carpet was grotty, the sliding door didn't shut properly. It was all very rough.

Upgraded to villa with 2 bedrooms. Nice pool, comfortable bed

Lady at reception was lovely. Location was good. Mattresses were very comfortable

Place was grotty. Stained fabric on chair. Not sure how clean the bedspreads were. Had a terrible odour in the room. We opened both windows and the door to air out but the smell lingered.

Comfy room, near swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool and bbq area. Wonderful. Staff very pleasant too.

Tap in bathroom was very stiff. Obviously needed a new one. Told staff.
