Room was clean. Breakfast was good overall but could be improved — I found spoiled milk; staff replaced it promptly after I reported it. Breakfast pricing: $27 per person ($13 for children) for full breakfast , $18 per person for cold breakfast only. Good Wi‑Fi.

Room facilities were very basic: Only four cutlery pieces with no spares, and no salt/pepper or oil provided. BBQ area: About half the lights were not working. Room felt fairly old and in need of maintenance (e.g., loose hand‑wash holder and loose toilet roll holder on the wall).
