"Pleasant."

Location great. Enjoyed having a restaurant on site for dinner. Premises close to the 'Lobster Shack' located on beach front for lunch. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable and warm. Staff were very helpful.

Brighter lighting in the rooms.

"Quite dated but clean and tidy"

Clean- lovely outside areas to sit

We stayed in the family unit- there were 4 adults . A very small unit with no where to sit to watch tv - only the bed. Fortunately we were only there 1 night and some lovely outside areas to sit
