Very helpful and nice staff !!!! Very safe place rooms sweet, only thing is I wish doors were more capsulated

Where our room was. It was actually quiet and a quick exit access

I was supposed to have a pool side view. The pool was green so there was no swimming. The room I was assigned to was for handicap. Why ??? The room had a mildew smell.

Very clean and professional staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast options. The rooms spacious and firm but very comfortable beds. I loved the fragrance that was throughout the inn. They also had a pool and exercise room which were well kept and orderly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were very clean. We needed to switch rooms when an unexpected family member arrived. The staff helped make the transition seamless. The exercise room was always clean. The breakfasts are plentiful and fresh. We always choose this location when we come to ardmore ok.

I always book mobility or handicap accessible rooms when I'm not sure a hotel will have an elevator or not. I have some physical limitations that makes stairs very difficult. So i booked a handicap accessible room on the first floor and specified all over my booking no stairs. I even made the note on the check in information sent directly from the hotel the morning of my booking. When i arrived i found out they didnt have an elevator only stairs and had put me on the second floor. They refused to honor the room I had pre paid for or to accommodate the no stairs because I had booked through a 3rd party and not through them directly. They refused to move me to a room on the ground floor unless i paid 40 dollars more for a suite. They were completely focused on getting more money and didnt even acknowledge the reservation details as valid. It was very upsetting and frustrating. If you have any kind of mobility issues or disabilities I would call ahead of time and make sure they have you in the correct room and even then if you use a third party booking be prepared for them not to honor it or acknowledge it. On top of that everything was gross and ill kept and the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Between the difficulty with the stairs and how awful everything was we left the next day and didn't stay for our full stay.
