Room was not clean... Hair on bathroom floor, toilet would not stop running, water pressure terrible

Fitness center advertised but not working/ open. The hotel was quite rundown

Good: Great customer service, spacious rooms, pillows very comfy, restaurants close by, and casino close by. Bad: The toilet paper roll was empty, and sheets were stained.

The breakfast was horrible; the only juice was orange, and I'm allergic to gluten, so there were absolutely no gluten-free options other than sausage and eggs. I'm also allergic to eggs. Also, not having an elevator was a deal breaker for me

First off, they couldn’t find my reservation through booking.com. It took maybe 20 mins for the lady up front to get ahold of the manager. Without telling me or my husband she charged us twice for the room. (Didn’t check the account until the next morning). I confronted her about it & she told me it was a booking.com issue and not the property. so I had to call customer service to get a refund. (Which I still haven’t received yet) Upon entering the room, the whole room was dirty. (Mind you they are doing renovations to the property and we got a room that was recently remodeled). All the appliances had dust on them, there was black scuff on the walls. The curtains were stained as what it looked like nicotine.(smelled like it too). We asked for a smoke free room due to we had 3 children. 7,5& 4 month old) The heater on the room did not work, just blew out cold air the whole time. The next morning, we found ants covering the whole bathroom floor. (Pic not attached) As we left for the day to visit family, we came back later that night and we were re-making the bed from the night before we noticed there was dog or cat paw prints all over our comforter. I guess I didn’t notice the night before due how tired we were from the drive. The breakfast was not decent. Stale cereal, powdered eggs & crappy sausage patties. They did have a waffle maker but I didn’t bother trying them. The refrigerated area has a pitcher of milk (for everyone to share who stays there) unsanitary if you ask me. They also had a pitcher of orange juice but it was sunny D. The refrigerator did not have a thermometer in it as well. I voice my concerns to the lady upfront but she did not seem too really care, all she did was write notes down to tell her manager. Who I never saw over the weekend by the way. Please, do not waste your money or time here. We will never go back to Baymont,

Let’s first start as I booked this room through booking.com. As soon as I tried to check in, they didn’t have a reservation. The lady upfront was having trouble finding it. She kept saying she couldn’t get ahold of her manager and she was sure what to do. I went back to my car to wait since I had my 3 kids with me. Came back 20 min later and she said she found it. Asked for my ID & card. She did not mention she was charging me for another room since she never found it. We didn’t notice till the following morning that we were double charged. So I asked her about it, & she said I would have to take it up with booking.com. When we get into our room, mind you they are remolding other rooms, it was so dirty. We still had paint tape on the walls & bathroom doors. There are black scruffs on the walls & all the appliances are dirty, and completely dusty. The blinds look like they are dripping nicotine(smelled like it too). We obviously got a non-smoking room since we have kids. 7,5& 4 months old. The heater also does not work in the room. (119) I let the manager know my concerns & she said unfortunately the “maids” are not in on the weekends and she wasn’t able to clean the room herself. I asked her for another room & I was DECLINED another room. We left for the day, & came back later that night and the bathroom was FULL of ants. She did clean that up. As we were getting ready for bed, we remade it from the night before and we found dog paw prints on our comforter. I took pictures / videos. Luckily for me, she was able to give me a new pair of sheets. The breakfast was basic. They do not have creamer for coffee, and milk comes in a large pitcher to share for everyone who stays. They also have a large pitcher of OJ- but it was SunnyD. They do not have tops to the coffee cups or stir sticks. Eggs tasted like dry powder & cereal was stale. needless to say. I will not be staying here ever again. Please do not waste your time / money on this place.

Hotel was clean

They have not refunded my deposit in almost a month and calling them is pointless as they aren't helpful.
