Great - lovely hotel and perfectly located. The lady on arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. The men at the weekend were OK but definitely a noticeable drop in friendliness.

A great place to stay close the historic area La Rochelle. Very accessible from the train station, the port and the tourist attractions. Rooms are generously sized, and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel was fantastic and only a short walk to the town and station.. Bus 1B goes from the airport to the Train Station which is a few min walk to the lovely hotel

Exceptional quality and attention to detail. AC was appreciated. Close to train station and easy walk to old town. Breakfast bar top notch and service friendly and efficient, loved the facility.

"Very disappointed, rooms not cleaned "

Room cleaned only after 3 days as a corporate rule of the hotel apparently. Never had this anywhere also during covid time. Basically you have to specify the night before to go to sleep that you want your room cleaned the next day??? Asked hotel to use the bike rental service, light was broken and brakes very poorly working which made coming back in the evening pretty dangerous. Comments back was unapologetic, telling me they revised the bikes and they should have been fine. I do not come to an hotel to have my room not cleaned. This is mentioned nowhere on the booking form and if I knew that I would never have booked at best western Price of 4 stars but service of 0 stars Unless they made string apology and commercial gesture they will never see me again

"The Best Best Western I Ever Stayed At!"

Really great hotel. Staff were well presented and couldn’t do enough to help. They assisted me personally with finding a local COVID test centre for my return flight to the UK and printed all my return documents off (all small things but really matter). My only observation is the tight hotel car park which is beneath the building. Okay if you have a Renault Clio, but stressful if you have a Range Rover but of course this is not the fault of the hotel and was happy to have enclosed secure parking.
