Best Western Premier Le Masq Hotel

Good location for train and buses for lske de Re and quiet area. Great staff assistance and approach. Short walk ftom madness of tourist full la rochelle

We stayed 5 nights, housekeeping came one day only, very poor compared to previous hotels. Kettle leaked dripping underneath onto unit and floor reported it to reception, no better, had to use stood on a towel, used coffee machine had to ask at reception for more coffee pods most days, only used in a morning. Had to ask for more toilet rolls at reception.

Clean, modern, and centrally located. Some issues finding parking and the bathroom does not have a door (just a glass pane) which is not the best for privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great rooms and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am already planning another visit this summer.

Good, modern hotel with covenient underground parking, an excellent breakfast and friendly staff. My only reason for 4, rather than 5, stars is the availability of food in the evening. Having arrived on an extremely wet day in late September, we tried finding a restaurant in the surrounding streets but found everything nearby either to be closed or unappealing (I suspect La Rochelle's summer season ends at the beginning of September). Given the weather we weren't keen to explore further so thought we'd try our luck in the hotel, only to be told that the only food available was a tofu stir fry or a quiche Lorraine! The latter was perfectly nice but the limited choice was disappointing given the quality and array of items on offer at breakfast.

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and as before, our stay was excellent. The main plus points are location, comfort and great service.

This is a nice hotel that is easy to find just as you arrive in La Rochelle. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the old port and harbor area. Parking is available for a fee in an underground garage.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms and staff was very helpful. Location is a few blocks from the center of La Rochelle. District is very quiet and dark at night so walking is a bit disconcerting. Lovely breakfast. Has air conditioning which is a plus in La Rochelle!

Very welcoming, Cecile was always very helpful! 10 minute walk from the old harbour.
