Royal Kahana Maui by OUTRIGGER

We had three 1 bedroom rooms. All were super clean with every amenity you could possibly need .They all had amazing views of the ocean. Definitely recommend. We had rooms 406, 606, 615. Room 615 had the most amenities, 604 had the best ocean view.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. View was fantastic.

EXCELLENT location on the beach, water is so close you hear the waves, when windows open. Staff at front desk so helpful . In addition a Concierge desk to give discounts on every tour or ride. Nightly rates lowered on seasonal basis. NO resort fees. Fully furnished condos with dishwasher and washing machine in one bedroom units. Heated pool, AC with thermostats. All one bedrooms are ocean front both bed room and living room.

We stayed here for 9 nights, and we loved every minute! Our studio room was on the north side of building. It was very close to the ocean. From our balcony, we had great views of Molokai, beautiful sunsets, and swimming turtles. The room had a kitchen, was clean, modern and well appointed. Even a washer & dryer! The pool and the BBQ area are very inviting with expansive views of the ocean. We loved that there was just a short walk to Dollys Pub---Capt. Jacks--Maui Brewing Co. and a great sushi place. We had no issues with noise. The walkways seem to be in the last stages of being re-furbished. There are protective sandbags in front of the building. We were able to walk on the sand in front of the building during the lower tides. There's a short walk to a sandy beach area. Next year we will book a 1 bedroom. Much bigger and even closer to the ocean.

What a great place to spend a week in Maui with a family of 5. We loved everything about the set up and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was so nice to be near so many amazing places and the kitchen and laundry was so nice to have 24/7 access to (and in our own room to ourselves!). We saw whales every day from our balcony, pool was great, sea turtles swimming and coming up on the beach. Everything was just great and we hope to stay here again!!!

My family and friend really like the hotel. It's clean, staff are friendly, polite and we felt welcome.
