Royal Kahana by Outrigger apartment is in a vacation area of Maui, surrounded by a good selection of restaurants, dinners, and food shops. The building is from the 1970ies and thus a bit older but reasonably well maintained. It does not have access to the beach, but it has a pool. The building is quiet and pleasant for a family vacation.

The building is dated. The apartment we stayed in was renovated in 2022 (or something around that time), and it is fine. However, some things were missed or poorly done.

The property is an older property but is very adequate. There is no restaurant on the property, which makes it quieter but there is not a lot of bike as a result.

We enjoy the time with the family, the place was perfect, has space, chairs for the beach, kitchen supplies to cook.

Old ,dumpy condo. Paint peeling off, cardboard doors were scuffed up. Light switches in the most bizarre places.
