Best Western Airport Inn

Our room was fine and seemed clean. Breakfast was decent. The rest of the hotel felt run down and out dated. The walls and cement surrounding the pool were covered in algae. Overall it was not a bad stay, however I was expecting more based on how many stars this hotel had

It was the worst. They even tried to enter our room at 3am stating they were doing a cable tv adjustment. Terrible

I like that it was close to bus routes and the South Park mall.

Well for starters there was a gym listed and pictured but there was no gym in the hotel. The breakfast was horrible they literally had waffles , cereal , eggs and link sausage . It wasn’t a big buffet like everyone has been stating. There were no plates one day and my wife had to go ask for them and he may have put 10 plates out. The pool was gross. There were dirty pool towels all over and the shelving that kept the towels was filthy. The whole hotel smelled like mildew and onions and was super muggy. In our room my wife had to end up tightening the toilet sit because it was loose and damn near falling off. We moved our bed to check out our bed and there were dirty panties on the floor. There was also a dirty sock down inside the sofa. I’m highly disappointed for at this hotel I expected so much better from the reviews.

It needs repair to drive into.

Casey M., at the front desk is a jewel! Our first room had a bed that felt like it sloped into the middle, after team members tired to fix the slats, Casey quickly gave us another room! Thanks Casey! Also, highly recommend walking to the Rock River behind the hotel to the Harold park area, very pleasant to sit on the swing & watch the river roll by. We will be back!

Liked the low price, yet it was clean and breakfast was good.

I was double charged

Our room was okay, there was mold on the shower curtain, all over the ac. our fridge was warm, we brought food that needed to be cold and they said nothing could be done because their manager wasn't in. we also asked for a do not disturb sign which they said they didn’t have any. when we found one they took it off of our door. we asked for our room to not be cleaned twice, we came back from a wedding and we had new towels and our trash was replaced. its a fine place to stay if you arent bringing food and dont care about someone going into your room when you aren’t there.

Our room was nice and quiet. Outside and entry to hotel could use some updating, lot has lighting but parking area needs repairs and potholes filled. Looks like they have construction materials onsite, so we expect big improvements before our next visit!
