Price for room, plus 20 ea pet deposit is non refundable even if pets didn't mess up anything, continental breakfast soso, found taco bell box in a drawer w the Bible

Nothing about the property. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

The location/construction, the room door had a hole where the lock should have been (didn’t appear to be security friendly), the room had a smell (like an old mop was used to clean it), the room wasn’t inviting nor did it look like the rooms advertised; it was dark and dingy. The cost was over and beyond what it should have been and the beds seemed more like cots in a barrack. We did not stay, we may have stayed 2 hours and checked out. Very unhappy that the trip was interrupted due to the state of the room; no Quality at all at Quality Inn.

Construction dust and dirt everywhere

I liked the location from where I needed to be at.

The toilet was loose(extremely),didn't know how to work the tv remote*s until this morning before I left. One worked and one didn't. The pool gate was messed up and didn't lock. I tried a few times to get a drink out of the soda machine and it wouldn't take a card(who carries cash anymore) and last but not least. I asked about a room on the bottom floor(I had major surgery a few weeks ago and still healing) they supposedly didn't have one on the bottom floor and I had to climb 2 flights of stairs. That was fun. 2 steps and stop,2 steps and stop. I traveled alone and my grandson and his parents live in live oak. They came up there for us to go out and my ex son in law was upset about me being on the 2nd floor.
