On the outside it looked nice, the inside was terrible

When checking in she said I had registered for a smoking room which I had not!! All the non smoking rooms were on the 2nd floor they didn’t have an elevator, I’m 83 and didn’t want to climb the stairs. Ended up in a smoking room, awful had to go buy some air spray, didn’t really help.😱 The rooms were poorly equipped, the plumbing was awful, the tub was old didn’t even take a bath, the shower gel was by the hand sink. Will not stay there ever again 😱

Everything! Old outdated, smells, looks like it does not get cleaned, its the worst hotel you can possibly stay at. Spend the extra money and go across the street.
