Clean and friendly. The lady that helped me out the night I checked in, was very nice and gave me an upgrade. I don’t think we really need an upgrade as all the rooms are very clean and always wear immaculate as we walked by. The morning staff had a bald gentleman, he took her keys and checked us out. Unfortunately, he began He began to discuss the room upgrade and said we would no longer get a free room upgrade as they cost money. I was very thrown off and had no idea why he was even bringing this point up at 6:45 AM. I began to tell him that the upgrade was because the lady was very nice and I didn’t have an issue with the Hotel, upgrade or no upgrade. He was probably just having a bad morning. It’s OK sometimes that happens. Other than him, everything else was excellent!

Friendly staff. My kids liked the heated pool experience.

My room was warm when entering. When going to turn on the AC system it pushed out an awful smell that never went away so we were unable to use the AC. Our room tv did not work and the remote was disgusting with some sort of residue. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The pictures on the site felt deceiving as I was caught off guard when I actually went into the room
