Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Neighborhood was fun.

We liked the location of the property. We liked that our room was right by the stairs that led to a convenient parking spot.

Even thought we got the deluxe king spa suite, we didn’t like that the room felt worn out, outdated and unclean in a certain way. The interior was all around dark and unappealing. The staff was okay. The bottom sheet on our bed on both ends kept rolling up. It smelled a little musty as well inside. The carpet was stained. The water pressure was very meek for both shower and sink. The sink itself was a challenge to even use with such a low and small faucet and trickling water. There were not any complimentary toiletry amenities as one might usually find in a nice hotel.

This hotel gets better every day! That’s because you discover it’s ’new positives’ each day! I was fortunate to get a ‘spa room’ but the BEST thing about that room was the balcony 🫶 Very private and I could leave the balcony door open for FRESH AIR! How many places can offer you FRESH AIR these days? The staff were very friendly and patient (I tend to ask a lot of questions 😬) The pool area was clean and private. And undercover parking was available for no extra charge! I also liked the public space with a fountain and seating, it was very inviting to spend time there. And the free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Waffles, avocados toast and breakfast sandwiches all prepared by a lovely lady attendant 🙂 The breakfast scenario was perfect! No queuing up for food with other guests meant it was very hygienic PLUS there were no guests ‘hoarding’ items and taking more than they needed (which can be a real problem in some buffet breakfasts 😕) Another plus was access to the main roads in and out of San Clemente! It was only 10 minutes to Dana Point along the coast route (in fact it was quicker to go to Dana Point to eat than try to go to the restaurant area in the Main Street of San Clemente!)

I could be very critical and petty BUT I was really comfortable for my 5 nights there!

Terrible and very disappointing had only one worker to put things in the microwave for you. Guess we’re crowding and in-line. Tried to get into the room only limited seating. Poor selection we left and went to a restaurant.

Free parking. Staff was helpful.

Horrible breakfast room. One could not make own toast or waffles. Very cramped and overly crowded. would be better not to have staff there to make everything. Badly laid out as well. Very scratchy towels. Seemed cheap.

Gute Lage und kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Zimmer entsprach unserer Vorstellung, man kann für den Preis nicht zuviel erwarten, war aber recht gross. Schöner Balkon.

Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, man muss es melden, wenn man das will. Einfaches Frühstück.
